            Nick’s practice focuses on the construction industry by providing representation to owners, general contractors, subcontractors, plumbers, engineers, electricians and other tradesmen as well as design professionals and various material suppliers.  Extensive experience includes all components of construction related litigation, lien perfection, construction defect defense and litigation as well as disputes involving payment and completion of construction projects.  Nick also has a wide range of experience relating to construction and real estate related disputes representing property owners, developers, landlords, tenants and management companies.  Nick also has extensive experience in water damage and mold related claims.

 Another major component of Nick’s practice includes a wide range of insurance related litigation and insurance coverage representation for both insurance companies as well as insureds.  Representation of insureds in first party insurance coverage disputes is also an extensive part of his practice.  Experience also includes defending insurance companies in first party coverage cases, providing coverage opinions to insurance companies, defending insureds on a wide range of third party claims as well as subrogation actions for insurers.

 The final component of Nick’s practice includes general and complex commercial litigation as well as a wide variety of business related litigation.  Nick has extensive court room and trial experience and has acted as lead counsel in excess of 60 jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations.
